gaav ke daaku

Mere gaav main daaku rehte hai. Woh daaku bahut peace hote hai. Ek baar kya hua, daaku aae and Dad ki bike chori karke le gaye. 3 saal bad they brought the bike back and gave it to my dad. They are so considerate that they call before coming. woh itne sabhya hai ki kisi bandi ko nazar utha ke bhi nahi dekhte...

Neutralization

As we all know, digestion begins from the mouth, and saliva is alkaline. There are acids in the stomach. We must not eat anything acidic/sour along with our meals. The saliva neutralizes it and hence, this leaves less saliva for "the actual food". You might have noticed that saliva gets thick at the back of your tongue once you have drunk nimbupaani :) :|

The reason behind the papads

What we are meant to digest, we digest easily. And a simple test of checking that: soak the thing in water. If it disintegrates and dissolves, it is digestible. Papad, even if you soak for 20 days does not disintegrate. Implies papad is baad for health

Nishachar

This is something which happened a while ago.
We as in Lokhande and I were discussing some arbit stuff with Shakti, when I suddenly said that a certain person is "Nishachar" (निशाचर) (meaning : according to me, someone who wakes at night actually, an owl.). But then, Shakti suddenly blurted out: वैसे तोह हम सब निशाचर हैं । निशाचर वह होता है जो रात को खाता है। (some one who eats at night). Then, after taking his case, he justified his claim:
Nisha ko charne wala nishachar hota hai!!! Jo raat ko charta hai woh nishachar!! Vaise hum sab Nishachar hai; Nishachar ek shaitaan hota hai. We are not supposed to eat at night!!
